Windows 10: I have a checking media presence error message

I tried to create a Windows 11 USB bootable, I went through the instructions in bios when I went to the drives page, I deleted all partitions because I should do that, then the error message occurred saying, "Checking media presence"I use Rufus USB to make Windows 11 boot, and here is an error message.

Checking Media Presence

This started yesterday. I had left my computer running on a game while I was away for around 30 minutes. Then I came back to see a DellSupport Assist error. This is what it said.

"Dell SupportAssist has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention. Go to https://supportassist.dell.com and enter the issue description below.

I rebooted the computer, and it first showed the "Checking Media Presence...." screen before booting normally. I checked my SSD and HDD, but there doesn't seem to be any issues. The only issue now is just the media presence message appearing every time I reboot my computer. Does this mean the drive is dying and I need to replace it, or did something just happen that messed up my computer's BIOS settings?

Whenever I'm trying to start my PC it says 'Checking media presence'..and then ut says 'no media found' and then goes to BIOS..my Hard Disk Drive is set as the boot option 1..and still I can't turn on my PC
