Discus and support I have a conflict with my personal Microsoft account using the same email as a business... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I login to my personal account I get a prompt that says that my email is used with more than one account from Microsoft.     I have a conflict with my personal Microsoft account using the same email as a business...


    When I login to my personal account I get a prompt that says that my email is used with more than one account from Microsoft. It then gives me a choice to use my work or school account or my personal account. When I click to use the work or school account it says that I can't use my personal email to login with it and says I need to put in my work email. So because I don't have a work account with Microsoft. I have no idea the name of the account or how to login to this account. I am able to login to my personal account but I'm having a lot of issues with my personal account and my computer. S
