Windows 10: i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft and not mine

i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft - and i have checked all my accounts - not the sime for renewal of any of teh services. - bank told me we have no infomation.my account is under either :1- *** Email address is removed for privacy ***- *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Wrong deduction

How without my permission Microsoft has authority to deduct amount from my credit card. Of rs 9204. I didnt opted for any of your service nor received any amount deduction intimation, kindly reverse back my amount

 

Credit Card Problem

You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

• Example: Activate your Bank of America credit card online (Bank of America)

And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

 

Deleting a credit card

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.
