I have a Dell Inspiron 7391 2-in-1 with Windows 11 update. Is there a way to keep the backlit key on continuously? I've tried to search my settings but do not see an option for this.

Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2 in 1 - Not working properly after Windows 10 Updates

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2 in 1 and it is not working properly after Windows 10 Updates. On the night of November 1st I clicked Update and Shut Down and when I tried to start it up this morning (November 2), it said updating and stayed
on 22% for 2 hours. I held the power botton and now I just have a black screen. Could it be due to the download BurnAware? Is there any way to fit it with out wiping my memory? PLEASE HELP!!!!
