Windows 10: I have a dell laptop model Inspiron 14 5000 2 in 1. my screen is dimming after waking up...

My screen gets darker after waking up from sleep mode. I added a screenshot where a person was facing the same problem as me! A solution was given below by Mithin EJMicrosoft Community - Moderator but it was for Windows 10 and I use Windows 11. this problem is becoming more serious. it's not getting normal even though I restarted it. please help me to fix this problem .

Windows 10 installation stuck in a loop after laptop reset - Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2 in 1

I reset my laptop yesterday night (Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2 in 1) because it was being terribly slow. The laptop itself seems to have reseted (I'm no tech expert) but is having trouble installing windows - a blue screen shows up after the dell logo saying
'Installing Windows - 64%. Please do not turn off your PC. Your PC may restart several times.' It has been stuck at 64% since last night and it is now the next day (evening time). I'm not sure what to do, I don't think it's supposed to take this long. I've
thought about removing the battery but I don't want to tamper with the hardware or software. It would be difficult to take the laptop to someone because of COVID-19 Any possible solutions?
