    I have a dell optiplex 3020 pc currently cmos battery dead.


    I have a dell optiplex 3020 pc currently cmos battery dead. With a windows 10 os. Recently I changed the max. memory in msconfig>boot>advanced> max.memory to 256mb. After resetting my pc when shows windows logo then it shows black and white and colorful lines and my pc won't boot at all. And i tried it to reset my pc but can't. Can anyone else help me?
