Windows 10: I have a Dell refurbished PC from 2009

Discus and support I have a Dell refurbished PC from 2009 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I I purchased it in January 2023. However I'm only discovering now that I failedto register this device. Consequently I'm having a terrible time...     I have a Dell refurbished PC from 2009


    I I purchased it in January 2023. However I'm only discovering now that I failedto register this device. Consequently I'm having a terrible time logging in after attempt to change my password. I am frantic that I'm going to lose all of my information. Also how do I find her where do I find the warranty information that I can enter. Thank you so much and a happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans

    New, refurbished Dell PC with Windows 10 - "Just A Moment" ... forever

    I just purchased a refurbished Dell Optiplex with Windows 10 installed. I cannot set it up. I constantly get the blue "just a moment" message. I have tried several suggestions I am finding online, but nothing helps
