Windows 10: i have a error that keeps popping up from windows script host

Discus and support i have a error that keeps popping up from windows script host in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; apperenty when i start my computer it says that it cannot find the file specified... the file pharyngoparalysis.vbs code 80070002...     Windows Script Host Keeps Popping Out

    Windows Script Host which shows "Can not find script file "C:\Users\Public\Libraries\Checks.vbs"." keeps popping out.

    Is there any way to stop it?
