    converting Excel to PDF

    I have been following the instructions to convert

    1. file
    2. export
    3. create pdf
    4. save as pdf
    5. options, entire workbook , OK
    6. Publish
    The resulting file is not the excel sheet I have open, but rather one from Nov 2017

    I use "ABC Amber Nokia Converter" to convert my SMS messages (in VMG formats ) to excel file.



    My questin is ;



    Is there any program which makes the opposite ?



    I mean is there any program TO CONVERT EXCEL FILE TO VMG FILES (SMS messages) ??
