Windows 10: I have a external hard disk and and I don't want others to see and how can I password...

I have a external hard disk and and I don't want others to see and how can I password protect or change security permissions so that only my desktop can see and read?I tried right clicked> properties> security> permissions . but there are 4 options like system, my desktop username, accounts unknown, administrators and I don't know for which to give full permission and for which to not give full permissions.
