    The file "P4a42612" is on my C drive.It follows the path C drive=>User=>Appdata=>Local=>Temp=>"P4a42612"I can not seem to open this file or do anything with it, so it seems to be one file with 60GB of information on it.The Temp file is a total of 58,7GB and this "P4a42612" file is taking up 58,6GB of it and seems to be there for no particular reason.I would like to know if this file is save to delete, because of this file my C drive is almost full. To be able to find this file I had to use an external application Treesize, because if I search for this file on my PC in the same
