Windows 10: I have a fraudulent charge from MS on my visa

i found two $50 charges on my visa from MS for a EMMY I did not charge

Charge on VISA card

On 07/11/2020 a charge occurred on our VISA card of #134 for MICROSOFT ANSWERDESK which we did not use.

The VISA card # is 4388576137454511

I called Chase Bank and they reimbursed me.

However, the same charge with the same date showed up the next two billings.

QUESTION: Was there a charge either for Gisela Or Donald Clemons on 07/11/2020 to this card?

How do I get a reoccurring subscription cancelled if I do not know who used my credit card fraudulently?

Someone has used my credit card for an annual subscription. I disputed the charge with my bank last year, they determined it was fraudulent, and cancelled my card. Microsoft and Visa have a super sketchy agreement apparently where Visa just updates the card number for Microsoft if the card number changes. So I have the same FRAUDULENT charge on my credit card a year later, and no way to stop this from happening in the future.
