Windows 10: I have a game download on another pc account but it wont download on my new account

So I've downloaded Sea Of Thieves on one of my Microsoft accounts, but due to personal reasons I made a new account and bought Game Pass for PC again and tried downloading Sea Of Thieves again but it wont download. When I click "Install Included with game pass", then choose where to install it, it starts the install and if I click on "View Progress" I can still see it but it doesn't download. If I click off of it, the game disappears from my library and stops installing. I think this might be caused by the other account on the computer having it installed but I don't know. Can someone help?

Does that apply in my case because the 8GB download from which I downloaded 1.6GB that night consisted of 13 files, and not one of them got downloaded entirely (they were still all like 15% of this, 10% of that etc etc)

Check your hash check (or in this case fails) it downloads the piece but it fails checking so is then discarded so you have to download it again...and again... and again.

hence the bloated download figure.

 

Access to downloaded store games for all user accounts?

Hi - this user accounts area has stumped me - can you help?
I have downloaded a number of games from the Microsoft store. But on my pc I have a child user account for my three children via the Microsoft family accounts windows 10 online software.
How do I make the games I have downloaded on the admin account available to the children's accounts on the pc? Presumably there is a better way than downloading it in each childs account?
