i have a genuined licensed window 7 ultimate since 7to 8years and today i dont know why a pop up notification shows that the windows is not genuined and when i try to activate now by entering the product key it shows the error code and i also mentioned the images of error and my system properties and also please resolve my problem as soon as possible.Thank You

Windows 7 suddenly 'not genuine'

Today my Windows 7 x64 bit Ultimate edition decided to become not genuine. There is a notice on the bottom Right of the Display saying:

Windows 7 Build 7601 This copy of Windows is not genuine. And desktop wallpaper has been removed

I purchased a license and installed WIndows 7 64 bit Ultimate in June. This license key worker then. I read a few other posts about this but all they proposed was to extend the activation period.

I want to fix this problem, especially if I have to contact the person who sold the license key.

Install Windows 10 Pro, on a computer with Windows 7 Ultimate(non-genuine)?

What would be the steps to install a Windows 10 Pro copy buyed from Microsoft Store, on a computer that has Windows 7 Ultimate(non-genuine), without being left any traces from the non-genuine Windows 7?

What would be the easiest way for a newbie on this matter?

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.
