Problems while playing Genshin Impact

Hi there,

Recently I have been facing problems while playing genshin impact after a pc reset i presume. I had reset my pc once without deleting the files and reinstalled genshin impact and played it and this issue is continuing from that day.

The game has no corrupted files i presume because I have tried the verification of files from the launcher itself and it gave no problem.

The issue I face is in the loading screen of the verifying file integrity (yes that long one after any update or reinstalling of the game) the game screen lags a lot and the speed of it is also very low. Like after 15 minutes it's only 1.25 or 1.7 percent done. If I minimise it it's a bit faster but then it just gets a BSOD saying driver power state failure and after 100 percent it restarts at usual. I really don't know what is the issue is it the game my hardware or my software/drivers. I hope anyone can hopefully guide me to fix this.

Note: This is an old pc but it ran the game very very smoothly in medium high settings of genshin even with multi tasking at the same time switching apps like chrome file manager etc continuosly and the game never had any problem even with this much load. I can provide the device specs in a few hours but I use a 2 ram stick 4gb each I think and a GeForce 710. I will surely provide all the specs at morning IST. Please bear with me.

Play Genshin Impact on Older Version Of Windows

Genshin Impact is still compatible with older windows version like windows 7,8 etc. If you have older version of Windows while playing genshin, is manufacturer will give driver update? In Google says when genshin updates, have to update drivers.
