how do i change my 32bit processor into 64 bit and hoe do i use my all ram 4gb out of 4gb it only says 1.84 gb usable

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to System - About

Under System Type, what exactly is reported, is Windows 32bit or 64bit and is your processor X64 based?

With regards to your 4GB of RAM, both the 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows can address 4GB of RAM, so most likely Windows is setting some of that aside for hardware and will release that RAM when necessary automatically

Do you have integrated Graphics or a graphics card - Open Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters section, what video device(s) are listed there?

 

32bit vs 64bit with 2GB of ram

Also, 64bit Windows runs very slow on 2GB of RAM, we suggest 4GB or better to install 64bit Windows.

 

Windows 7 - Windows 10 UPGRADE HELP

Unfortunately I found out that both the laptop and PC have product keys containing OEM, and I think this means they cannot be swapped.

Laptop:

• Windows 7 Professional (64Bit)
• CPU: Intel Core i5 [M520 @ 2.4GHz]
• RAM: 4GB
• Intel Integrated Graphics

PC:

• Windows 7 Home Premium (64Bit)
• CPU: Intel Xeon 2.8GHz (Dual)
• RAM: 4GB
• GPU: Nvidia GTX 660

If it would be possible to upgrade the desktop to Windows 7 Professional that would help solve my hardware issues.
