Hello,I have a Haydes nuc with an Inter R HD Graphics 630. I need to have OpenCL for running Photoshop plugins and for optical Photoshop function. I have tried updating drivers, i tried the generic open cl pack in the store but can't figure it out. can someone help, please? I have tendonitis on both wrists : so I am trying to make my workflow faster. My hands are aching from trying to research and trying to trouble shoot. Please help. this is my last resort.those were some extra screenshots in case they were helpful.

Cannot completely remove Intel(R) HD Graphics 630

When i open 3D modeling software Blender 3.1 it keeps giving me the error "OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required" and i've googled a ton of "solutions" but nothing works so i'm taking another approach. I have an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT which definitely supports this version of OpenGL. I see both AMD and Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 displayed in Device Manager's Display Adapters. Actually both graphic adapters definitely support OpenGL 3.3 and higher and i made sure their drivers are all up to date, you can even see it in the OpenGL Extensions Viewer that OpenGL 4.6 is supported. So my suspicion is that maybe they are not compatible running together so i am trying to uninstall and delete the crappier graphics adapter "Intel(R) HD Graphics 630" but after restart i see "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" and i still get the error "OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required" when trying to run blender. So this time i uninstall and delete "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" but after restart "Intel(R) HD Graphics 630" pops up again alongside my AMD GPU. What on earth is going on? why can't i only have 1 display adapter running?

 

Unable to detect Intel Graphics 630 drivers

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that Intel HD Graphics 630 drivers are not getting detected on your computer.



As you have mentioned that you get an error no compatible device found when trying to update driver, I would suggest you to check if there is any hidden device for Intel HD Graphics 630 in the Device Manager. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for Run.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and hit
   Enter.
   
3. Click on View and click on
   Show hidden devices.
   
4. Go to Display adapters and expand it.
   
5. Now, check if Intel HD Graphics driver is listed as
   greyed out device.
   
6. If you see the Intel HD Graphics driver, right click on the driver and select Update Driver.
   
7. Restart the PC.
   

I would also suggest you to check in BIOS if the option for Integrated Graphics is disabled. If the option is disabled, I would suggest you to enable and check.



Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems
resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
