The device does not allow me to reach keyboard settings or the diagnostics part to send trouble shooting message.

HP HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ey0xxx Keyboard and Case Cover

I have a HP HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ey0xxx. It seems almost impossible to find a case cover and keyboard cover that fits this model. Is there one that HP sells, or any other product that is out there?

 

Keyboard on HP Envy laaptop works intermitantly.

I have an HP Envy Laptop and sometimes various keys on the keyboard go dead and sometimes there is like a 2 second delay. I bought the laptop online from the HP store so I can't take it back to the store and I don't know if this is a hardware problem
or if it's a software problem. In case you're wondering, no coffee or other liquid has ever been spilled on the keyboard.

 

Boot failure with samsung 850 evo msata installed in hp envy 15-100j

I have windows 10 installed in my HP envy 15-100j. I have 1 tb harddisk with msata slot empty at the time I bought the laptop. Now I bought a new Samsung 850 evo msata ssd (250gb) and when I install the hardware and press the power button, I get windows 10 cannot boot with boot failure error message. But when I remove ssd windows 10 properly loads up. I am trying to follow this tutorial at how to install on msata ssd boot drive in your laptop

On the hp envy specs, I find that my laptop can have msata 32gb for cache purposes. On the tutorial, it says I can boot from msata ssd even though the main purpose of that slot is for cache in my laptop.
