    I've tried using a splitter and checked device manager and control panel for audio inputs still does not detect but it does work on my Xbox and Its compatible with pc. I have tried my audio ports in the back of my pc on my motherboard yet still nothing.

    My JBL Quantum 100 doesn't work and it's frustrating!

    I checked the JBL Quantum 100 specs and couldn't find this information.

    See the JBL Quantum 100 cable. Does it have two P2 plugs (two black or white lines) or only one P3 plug (three black or white lines)?
    If you prefer, send a photo of the plug.

    Where did you download the driver installer from?

    JBL Quantum 100 Headset microphone not detected by Windows

    Hello i got problem with my JBL quantum 100 headset which it cannot be detected in my laptop. Even yesterday Dell technical engineer already reset and installed new drive via virtually still has problem with it. My other headset working fine this new headset cant be detected. Can anyone help me please. Thanks
