    I have a lifetime Office Professional Plus that is paid for but am still being charged monthly.


    I purchased the lifetime Office Professional Plus on 9/16/23 and submitted the code. However I am still being charged for Microsoft 365. Why?

I did try to stop the monthly payment. How it got taken out of my account. I need to speak with a consultant in regards to this as I want a refund for the month bill. my ph 0477881344....
