Windows 10: I have a linx tablet with windows 10 frozen screen keyboard not working

I have a linx tablet with windows 10 installed I haven't used it in a while but after it did the updates the screen has frozen keyboard won't work either Error message 0xc0000225. Any advice is appreciated

Linx 7 frozen screen unable to access

I purchase a Linx 7 tablet and overnight downloaded Windows 10. This morning all I have is a frozen screen and I am unable to get any further. Switching power switch on/off does not work and neither does holding the power and volume up switch help either.
What can I do?

 

Linx tablet 10 reboot

I have a linx 10 tablet, I completed on update of my windows but now it won't go past the linx logo screen on start up and also when I'm trying to reset it its going in to aptio utility screen but I cant do a reset from there as my screen or keyboard isn't responding when on there thanks

 

LINX tablet frozen on start

Hi my daughter has a Linx tablet since christmas, generally fine with occasional freezes (I think from running too many aps in the background) which are sorted by turning off and on again (her twin has one too so we're well used to it).

However the last 3 days or so (she says, might only be 1-2) it is frozen and won't come on. It is on I think the "home screen" (the one with wallpaper, time and date, battery and wifi indicators), but won't go any further when you touch the screen etc. If
hold on/off button it bings up the "slide to shut down..." message but ignores it if you do..only way to turn off is to hold down until it does, a few seconds longer.

Restart just beings you back to the screen.

Any advice, its like its not recognising the touchscreen? They are off school next week for midterm break and if she's the only kid with no tablet/phone it'll be ****...
