I have a list with date of birth of all employees. I would like that at their birthday the cell becomes red. How can I do it?

Thanks, I have tried this but there are still birthdays listed as date of birth in my contacts but not listed in "birthdays" in my Calendar. It is infuriating!!

 

Change my date of birth on microsoft profile

To change the date of birth on your Microsoft Account, you can follow the steps below:

• Sign in to
  Your info on the Microsoft account website.
• Click Edit your personal info.
• Select the correct date of birth, and then select Save.
