I have a MAxify MB2720 printer. I have noticed the last 10+ times I have restarted my computer, the printer automatically sends the last fax that was sent. I have checked the que and there is nothing showing to fax or print. I get a confirmation page besides hearing the fax connection.What can I do to fix this issue? The people at the receiving end are calling me now about it.Windows 10

Windows 10 & Canon Maxify MB2700 printer

My Canon Maxify MB2700 printer will not print from my laptop, but I can print from my iphone and a different laptop. This started a few months ago after a Windows 10 update. How do I fix this? Thanks

 

MB2720 Canon Printer

Apparently, the Canon Maxify series printers will only allow you to replace an ink tank after the printer has detected that the ink in that tank is low or empty and you have seen a message to that effect on the printer's LCD display.

If you have seen such a message and still have a problem, this sounds like a hardware problem rather than a Windows problem. Ask for help here:

theCanon MB2720 will not eject the empty black cartridge. the other ones did find.the print patern for colors is fine.It won't print.
