    I have a MFC-7460DN multi function printer. Scanner does not work with my new Windows 11 computer. I can print, send and receive fax, but cannot scan. I installed the latest printer firmware and it still doesn't work.

    I have a brothers mfc-7460dn multi function printer does not work with my new windows 11 computer. I have uninstalled the printer, drivers etc and reinstalled the printer and nothing still works.

    I have a Brother mfc-7460dn multi-function printer that does not work with my new Windows 11 computer. I have uninstalled the printer, drivers etc and reinstalled the printer and nothing still works.

    When I contacted Brothers they said the printer must have failed. They do not have any new drivers for me to try. When I plug the printer back into my old computer it works just fine.

    Has anyone found a workaround? I don't want to buy a new printer.

    Your printer has a Windows 11 driver. Try to install the latest printer firmware
