I have a Microsoft Family Subscription. I shared with a family member on their new HP all in One. Bit locker came up and I can not get it off. I put in the code that I am given but it says incorrect. I have tried every option given and can not get it to come off. Any suggestions?

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.
