Windows 10: I have a minecraft realm on Java and I can't create a new world. It only says "Failed to...

We have a server but we would like to restart it or start another world but when I do so, an error pops up on my screen saying: Failed to create world

Can't create Realms on minecraft windows 10 account

I've just downloaded minecraft windows 10 edition and whenever I go into create a new world then realm, it says that I need to change a privaty parameter in order to be able to play in realms. The thing is that when I go into aka.ms/accountsettings I can't
find where to change this parameter. I'm not into any family account. I can play minecraft server which means Multiplayer is enabled, but why doesn't it let me play realms??

hi Ivan thank you and yes im using minecraft java and it reset only my world, no it didnt happen when i created a new one, also my other worlds didnt reset, only the one the one i mainly use with all my progress.
