Windows 10: i have a minecraft realm that is paid for and active showing via my Microsoft account and...

i purchased the minecraft realm via windows edition that had the 30 day free trial and had no issues for the first 2 months then i received 2 emails saying that there was a payment issues but i checked my bank and it showed that it was paid for and it also showed it was paid for on my microsoft account but is still showing expired. i also ended up purchasing a new realm thinking i was just renewing my old one and still didnt have access to my realm so for 2 months i was paying for 2 realms and no access to either any help would be great

I want to cancel Minecraft Realms

Hi,

I have a Minecraft Realms subscription that I cannot cancel.

When I go to “billing history” for another subscription (Microsoft Live Gold) on my Xbox it (Realms) shows up as having been paid for for every month since March ‘22 when I started it.

When I go to “Subscriptions” on my Xbox the only subscription in the list is Microsoft Live Gold, so I am unable to select Realms to cancel it. Does this make sense?

Can't unsub from Minecraft Realms?

I had two minecraft accounts connected because of the migration a few years ago, and never had issues with this. But I imagine this is the reason why. I have since deleted the one that the realms sub IS NOT connected to, leaving only the account that DOES have a Realms sub. However --

I purchased the Realms sub two months ago, and now wish to cancel it. What happens is this :

Minecraft launcher shows me my Realms, and has a button to 'Manage Realms'.

This button sends me to Minecraft.net, where the account does not show that I am subscribed, despite it being the same account. I cannot cancel it there.

There's almost no other buttons on the site, and 'account info' redirects to Microsoft websites, where my subscription is also not on the list of subscriptions. So I have a subscription that displays in the launcher (and my bank account) but cannot access anywhere else in order to cancel it.

Please help :<
