thank you for providing this question.

I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

Visit the manufacturer and see if they offer special drivers.

Other than that in Windows the standard process is to leave the device connected and run Windows Update. If Microsoft has a standard driver for this device it will install it.

Also i cannot find any specific device callled Magic Box plus as the name is too generic.
