Windows 10: I have a MS Wedge mouse. It does suspends when am not using it?

I wanna know because it discharges fast.

Issues with accessing Microsoft Wedge Touch Mouse and Continuum on Windows 10

Let us know the version of Windows 10 installed on your device.

Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: If the device is not detected run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Step 2: I suggest you to install the latest driver for the mouse device and check if it helps.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Also, try to install the pending updates on Lumia Phone as well and check if it helps.

Wedge Touch Mouse Not Connecting

I've upgraded to Windows 10 and since then, my Surface Pro (Version 1) will not detect my Wedge Touch Mouse. (It says make sure the mouse is still discoverable, when it is still turned on!)

Tried resetting Bluetooth, but still not working. The back of the mouse slowly flashes green once. Surface Pro is NOT in tablet mode.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get the mouse working?
