    I have a need to print out on paper, the entire screen copy of all the faxes I have sent...


    The Windows Fax and Scan app is woefully missing a print feature so that I can printout the entire screen copy of my CALL LOG for all Faxes that I have sent so far.I don't really need a copy of what I have already sent. But I do need a verifyinglist of my CALL LOG on paper to verify that faxes were sent by me. Why can'tthis be done using this App?

    Windows Fax and Scan Prints Outgoing Faxes

    As some dumb temporary workaround I would suggest you to set as printer pdf file printer, so you will not waste paper but will have PDF files that easily can delete

    If you need paper copies you can then print pdf files on real printer

    By the way did you looked for newer fax drivers from your fax manufacturer? Maybe there is bug or incompatibility in your current driver

    Unstumped! Thanks for the push Ken, into sending a new fax. The light eventually dawned on me that the file names of the sent faxes differed over several groups of characters to those of the 'new' sent fax. After a laborious cut and paste operation on all sent faxes I now have a complete record.

    Out of interest, I also found this useful 'help' from M$ for missing 'sent' faxes.

    • Go to the Control Panel and select Programs and features.
    • On the left side select Turn Windows Features on or off.
    • Scroll down to Print and Document services.
    • Select the plus sign to expand.
    • Remove the check from Windows FAX and Scan.
    • Select OK.
    To install repeat the steps and put a check mark, restart the computer.

    Windows FAX and SCAN - Fax missing in Sent Items and Inbox folder

    Hi,

    I suggest to uninstall the scanner and fax drivers from the device manager and then re-add the fax modem. Restart the computer and create a new connection.

    Follow the steps to uninstall the Scanner and fax drivers:


    • Press Windows Key + X key and click
      Device Manager      .

    • Expand ‘Other Devices.

    • Right-click on the devices listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
