Windows 10: I have a new computer and I can't set the colors

I have a new computer I'm trying to set the colour from Dark to Light. I know have some very strange colours and I don't know how to change it back to the orginal

However, if you're referring to the color settings in Windows, you can type
Color Management on the search option and select it from the list. Click
Advanced, click Change system defaults.

Wallpaper (background) color

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.
