Windows 10: I have a new HP computer running Win 10, but the start menu doesn't work

Discus and support I have a new HP computer running Win 10, but the start menu doesn't work in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; What should I do to try to fix it?     Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    I have the same problem existing for more than 2 weeks ago. When trying select start menu I received message "critical mistake, start menu doesnt work. We´ll try to fix it next time you log on" and "immidetly logg off".

    I tried everything, fsc scan (no corupted filles found), dism, powershell(attempt reinstall apps with offered commands), wsreset.exe, booting in safe mode (in safe mode the start menu also doesn´t work), etc.... but without succes. I log on with microsoft
    account. I had no installed new applications for a while.

    Sorry for bad english...
