Windows 10: I have a new lenovo 11e gen 5. How can I start over setting up my both Microsoft and...

Hi - I messed up setting up both the Microsoft and Windows accounts on this Lenovo ThinkPad 11e gen5. And it synced with my other acct which I did NOT want to happen or mean for it to. I'd like to start fresh out of the box and not sure how. Lenovo is not the most helpful of folk.SO, A How can I do that with and keep the preinstalled apps? Like nothing ever happened B Will I be able to set up with Microsoft and Windows without issue of outlook saying I can't have a particular outlook email address because It's being used - but not because it's not recognized C How ca
