I have a new RAMDrive Z: in my File Explorer

I was trying to update some drivers and I think I downloaded some enterprise drive on my personal device and now it has caused my screen to flicker continuously and there is this new drive on my system named RAMDrive. I am able to access it and looks like its giving me some log files about what is happening on my ram. I launched an application and it popped up on that drive. It has event log files such as SystemSecurityApplicationHardware EventsReally need a quick solution for the drive. for the screen flickering I am just going to delete the display drivers and hope they install themselves.

    :)

For this issue, we'll be needing more information regarding this System Z that you are having issues with. Kindly provide more details, and answer the following information:

    • Is this System Z a program, system file, an unrecognized disk drive, or hardware/device?
    • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the appearance of this System Z?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
If you could also provide a screenshot, that would be much helpful in further assessing this issue. We'll keep an eye out to your response.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
