The PC has a 6th gen I5 and is incompatible with Windows 11. I am trying to update it to version 2004. It is a 1903 at the moment. is there a way to update it to that?

Windows 10 1903 Update on AMD laptop

Microsoft still have version 1903 blocked on some PC architectures until they resolve some incompatibility issues, it is honestly best to wait and then you can be sure the update will go smoothly

For example any PC with Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) are currently blocked
