I have a PEAQ laptop and im stuck on "Aptio Setup Utility - Copyright C 2021 American Megatrends, Inc. Version 2.19.1268" And i dont know what to do. Saving and exiting puts me back on the same screen, exiting without saving does as well, and im afraid i will mess something up if i just click random buttons.

My laptop always goes to Aptio Setup Utility - Copyright (C) 2021 American Megatrenss, Inc. Version 2.19.1288. And I dont know how to get out of this

 

Im stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility

So im in the Aptio Setup Utility, i’ve tried to fix it myself but failed. Now i just want to know what to do as i Don’t have the CSM setting and i cant disable secure boot in the “boot” section so im either missing something or im just stuck on the Aptio Setup, please help me.
