I have a plumbing business. we all use the same 365 account. I want to separate my account from the rest. Can I do this or do I make a new account?

Thanks again Jaspreet. I don't need to separate them completely. I don't mind having the same apps on both accounts. I'm just interested in having the documents separated. Can that be achieved? If so, how?

If we can separate them as mentioned above, can I have Office 365 Business Standard on the Business Account and Office 365 personal on the Personal Account. If that is not possible, can I have separate Onedrive apps on the accounts.

I believe what I'm trying to achieve is a standard MS setup that should be possible. Microsoft seems to have a lot of material referring to business and personal accounts Do you know what setup they have in mind? I just don't have the knowledge and experience to set it up properly. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated. Tx

I suggest you to create a new Microsoft Account For personal use follow the steps below and check if it helps. Another account which you’re using now you can use it for business i.e. (old Microsoft account)

  Go to the
  Microsoft account sign-up page and tap or click
  Create account.
  
• 
  In the User name box enter your existing email address, or tap or click
  Get a new email address to create an Outlook or Hotmail address.
  
• 
  Fill out the rest of the form, then tap or click
  Create account.

Even after I sign out of my business account, I still can't login to any of my personal accounts.



To be clear, I want to have a business account and a personal (Microsoft Account) on one computer. Ideally, I would have Office 365 Business Standard on the Business Account and a Microsoft account with Office 365 personal as the personal account. I believe that is a standard MS setup.
