Windows 10: I have a pop up It pops up every half hour, it says Total AV account error to update...

I have a pop up It pops up every half hour, it says Total AV account error to update details. I have updated several times then got charged a second time. what do I do?

pop email account

I have a surface pro 4 (that I hate by the way) and cant get my email account on here as it constantly comes up with errors. I have been in contact with my provider as this is a replacement unit and cannot get my emails to work on here. I had it on the
old one but it took over an hour on the phone to Microsoft to sort it. I have looked up all the help searches and it says to use gmail settings but the port settings don't work and have constant issues with smtp error. I'm using pop port 110 and smtp 25
as advised by dodo..

Any suggestions before I sepnd half my life on the phone again????

For you to be able to stop or remove any pop-up updates, we suggest that you try the steps provided below on how to disable pop-ups or reminders:

Step 1:

1. Press Windows + X, open Control Panel.

2. Type pop up in the top-right search box.

3. Select Block or allow pop-ups.

4. Go to Privacy settings and check
Turn on Pop-up Blocker box.

5. Click Apply and OK.

Step 2:

1. Open Start menu and click Settings icon.

2. Select System then Notification & actions.

3. Scroll down to the Notifications section and disable the
"Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows” option.
