    • Are you getting any error message when the Minecraft game crashes?

    You may try repairing the game from the Control Panel and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Refer the link below for steps to repair a program on Windows 10.

    Further make sure all pending updates are installed on the computer and also check the Event Viewer logs at the time when the game crashes.

    To be honest I've never seen this problem before and I really need help. I've just got this new laptop which runs pretty smoothly with everything I've done on it until I installed minecraft. The game itself downloads installs and opens just fine. The problem
    starts when I actually get into the game. So what happens is, every time I go to open a server or a world, the game crashes, and when I go to troubleshooting I always need to do a second search before it tells me that it detected incompatible software. Now,
    the only problem with that is I've gotten the game to work only once and haven't at all since. Also when I download minecraft.msi it actually loads the world where I can see my arm and hotbar, but if I press anything the game crashes. If I download minecraft.exe,
    the game crashes when I try to open ANYTHING. Please help...
