Hi ,I have problem with 1 weeks BSOD's BSOD name: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bugcheck code: 0x0000003b Parameter1: 00000000`c0000005

BSOD - 0x0000003b - cdd.dll & ntoskrnl.exe - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I have been facing an issue with a specific desktop model in our environment. It seems to crash/BSOD when someone remotes in to the computer.

Caused By Driver: cdd.dll (cdd.dll+1339)

Parameter 1: 00000000`c0000005

Memtest was run - no errors were found

Memory was re-seated and swapped - no change

Machine was re-imaged - no change

Video drivers and BIOS updated - no change

Seems to be happening on a HP ProDesk 600 G2. Running Windows 10 Enterprise with 8 GB of RAM.

Again, system crashes randomly only when someone remotes into it.

Help me understand the periodic restart of the PC. One user constantly spontaneously restarts the PC. This PC is a completely new production HP. In the system log, there are no events preceding the restart, there is only a self-restart event for an incomprehensible

I am trying to understand, what caused the bluescreen in my case.

I found this description for SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b errors:
