Discus and support I have a problem i have no sound/audio watching youtube videos or videos on facebook in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i have unchecked the mute button and the speakers on my laptop work fine. all the research i have done lead to no answers to solve this problem, 1 link...     I have a problem i have no sound/audio watching youtube videos or videos on facebook


    i have unchecked the mute button and the speakers on my laptop work fine. all the research i have done lead to no answers to solve this problem, 1 link i did find talks about Media Feature Pack and gives directions on how to install this app. So i followed all the steps and then find that it is not installed on my laptop and there is no place where i can download it from. So if anyone has a way of solving my problem, i would be extremely grateful.

    Video on Facebook Watch

    I have noticed the problem is not just on Facebook watch, its with other videos on Facebook also.

    I did the trouble shooter as you instructed, and Facebook is not listed as a "windows store" app. Not sure what the next step would be.

    Can't watch youtube or facebook videos HELP!!!

    Hey guys I'm at a loss here. Three days ago I made the mistake of upgrading my lap top to windows 10. A mistake a regretted right away. I have a HP Pavilion G series lap top btw. Anyway eversince then I have been having major issues watching videos on
    both youtube and facebook. The audio stutters and sounds robotic and distorted.

    I've tried several updates, watched several videos, checked my computer for spyware, virus, and made sure everything is up to date audio wise and it is so I'm still at square one with these issues and I'm getting very frustrated. I just wanna be able to
    sit down and watch a music video or watch a video of my grand daughter on facebook walking. Please for the love of God someone help me. I've troubleshooted as much as I can. Even skype is glitching on me because of this **** and I'm sure I'm not the only

    Watching videos on Facebook

    Using Microsoft Edge, I have had no problem viewing Facebook videos until a few days ago. Now when I click on a video post it just spins and will not play the video. It works fine on YouTube and other videos not on Facebook. How can I fix this problem
    so I can watch Facebook videos again.
