Windows 10: I have a problem that has already been asked but none of the solutions worked for him or me...

My windows 11 explorer doesn't it's pc in networks folder. Shows my tv and the router only, does not show any wifi enabled devices, which i have many, like alexa. I have 3 pcs in the house and none of them detect each other or themselves. I have tried every faq 'solution', disabled every security feature, and done configsys with no help

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Solution to this problem

I had the exact same problem in UK using windows media creation tool. I tried everything suggested on here and nothing worked then i read that there are two versions of this for 64 and for 32. I looked for 32 bit version and think i found an older version too as it actually asks what you want to do where windows one goes straight into upgrading the pc your using. Solution can be found at download media creation tool free . Had same problem on my desktop as well and this also works on that.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
