Windows 10: i have a problem with "Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)"

Not what happens, suddenly this mistake appeared when i was using my hands free bluetooth

Missing RFCOMM Protocol TDI.

I have Windows 10, on a HP Pavilion g7-1257dx Notebook PC .

Cannot get the bluetooth thingy, RFCOMM Protocol TDI, to work.

It does not show up in my device manager, and attempting to add a bluetooth device won't let me connect.

What am I doing wrong?
