Windows 10: I have a problem with boooting my dell laptop

    My computer refuses to restart and it has refused to reboot also so it has hanged can someone kindly explain to me

    Is this problem with Dell 5558/9 Laptop Matee screen?

    Guys, I got Dell 5559 , the third one and it seems fine!
    Thanks for your valuable time and suggestions , I could not find any better laptop than this one.... here!

    I want to disable touchpad on Dell laptop


    These 7 steps allowed me to disable my touchpad (Dell laptop, Windows 10):

    1. Win Start button
    2. Type in "device manager"
    3. Select Device Manager to open it
    4. Click down arrow to left of "Mice and other..." to expand
    5. Right click Dell Touchpad
    6. Disable device
    7. Yes
