Windows 10: I have a probleM with my cursor Trembling

when I plug my charger to my laptop the cursor start , and it only happened when I use the touchpad when I use the mouse it doesn't happen and when I unplug the charger it return normal again , my laptop is HP probook 640 G2 on windows 10

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?
