Windows 10: i have a problem with my gpu

i will be playing a video game and the screen will go black and i power the pc the star it up and i get a gpu error that it can star it gives me the following informationDevice PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_67DF&SUBSYS_C5801682&REV_E7\4&1fc990d7&0&0019 had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem39.inf Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} Service: amdwddmg Lower Filters: Upper Filters: Problem: 0x0 Problem Status: 0xC00000E5 and I've been fixing it by downloading the driver works for about 6 hours the only thing that has changed is i have started using Bitdefender again

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

I would like to suggest 2 more things if you don't mind,
1. Seat the GPU in another slot, if possible, and see if that helps anything
2. Use the GPU in another system, if possible, this is a step to determine that it is really the GPU and not multiple defective slots or something else from the system.
