Windows 10: I have a problem with my Lenovo Ideapad 5i?

I was on YouTube browsing normally and accidentally hit an ad after that, my computer slowed down and even froze. I decided to restart it but when I did it got worse... Now I just can't turn up the volume or go into the app library and I get what I show in the photos... I can't even get into settings to factory reset with the commands and I get what I can see in the second photo... Does anyone have any idea how to help me?...As I put it in the first photo, it just shows me sign out and then it continues the same, I unlock it and I get to the same place... My Lenovo Ideapad Pro 5i crashes almost every day.

Synaptic's Driver Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 for Windows 10

I am having trouble finding a Synaptic's driver for the Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 so that more functions can be used on the touchpad. Lenovo site does not list one for this computer. Any suggestions?
