Like your suggestion, but those Zotac Mini GPU's are not known for their quietness.

 

Many PC Problem (I think is GPU?)

It sounds like you may be experiencing a hardware or driver compatibility issue with your GPU. Upgrading your GPU can sometimes cause problems like this if the new GPU is not fully compatible with your system or if the drivers are not installed correctly. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check to see if the GPU is properly seated in the PCI-E slot. Make sure the connections are tight and that there is no dust or debris blocking the connections.
   
2. Make sure that the GPU is getting adequate power. Check to see if the power supply is providing enough wattage to power the GPU, and make sure that the GPU's power cables are securely plugged in.
   
3. Check for any BIOS updates for your motherboard. A new version of the BIOS can help fix compatibility issues with newer hardware.
   
4. Check for any firmware updates for the GPU.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
