Windows 10: i have a rioddas external disc drive and i bought it for my laptop i have a chromebook....

i have a rioddas cd external disk drive i bought for my chromebook. why wont it work. it dosent even connect to my computer. ive tried to download 4 different burning apps. 515212-5155

I bought a Rioddas external disk drive about 15 months ago but never used it. Just recently I've been reunited with it, but the disk tray won't open for me. The light blinks when I plug it in, but no window appears on my computer.

I've checked previous discussions online, but no go. Your thoughts?

My Rioddas external cd/dvd burner drive isn't working

Hello, I just purchased a Rioddas external cd/dvd drive to burn a cd, it says it is a plug and play device, unfortunately when I plugged it into my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop, nothing displayed, and when I tried to burn a cd it displayed the message "No CD/DVD drive found", I then downloaded a windows 10 Rioddas driver, and it still won't recognise the drive. Any ideas please?, thanks, Mark.
