Windows 10: I have a ROG Tower and I keep getting a strange popup that vanishes when I don't click on it.

I've been getting a strange popup when I turn on my computer, It happens in any web browser, I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I don't click on it. and it goes away immediately if I click into any other spot on any other window. I can't seem to see where its coming from, I do own a ROG Asus Gaming tower.Any ideas folks?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
